1. Overview

Welcome to swipeanddust. These Terms of Service govern all orders and transactions for our household utility and tidying items placed by customers located in the European region. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order Processing and Logistics

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days through international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority. Standard transit times require approximately 5 to 10 business days. Automated tracking notifications are dispatched to the email address provided at checkout during key fulfillment stages, including dispatch, arrival at carrier hubs, and local final delivery. In the event that a shipment exceeds standard transit timeframes, swipeanddust shall initiate an investigation with the designated carrier. Following the outcome of such investigation, a full refund or a replacement shipment shall be issued based on the specific circumstances.

3. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of damage or loss of goods shall remain with swipeanddust and shall only transfer to the consumer upon physical receipt of the items by the consumer or an authorised third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier). Risk does not transfer upon handover to the carrier.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers located within the European region possess a statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal without needing to provide any justification, commencing from the day of physical receipt of the goods. Should an item arrive with a flaw or damage, customers may contact our customer support team via email at campaign@swipeanddust.com within the specified timeframe, providing photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, customers may receive a refund or a replacement without being required to return the damaged item (photographic evidence alone is sufficient).
